This ended up being a big hit the other night when I made it spur of the moment.
1 large chicken breast, cut in half (or if they are small, 1 per person)
5 slices of bacon (or enough to cover each piece of chicken completely)
Himalayan pink salt
Red wine vinegar
Preheat oven to 400.
Sprinkle onion powder, garlic powder, and salt over chicken. Wrap bacon slices around each piece of chicken.
(I ended up with one small piece and 1 larger piece of chicken, so I wrapped 2 slices of bacon around the small piece and 3 slices around the larger piece.)
Place chicken in an oven safe pan (I used a glass Pyrex pan) and fill part way up with red wine vinegar. Cook for 30-40 minutes (I let mine cook for 30). You can check internal temp. with a thermometer if you want.
