Low Carb Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredients

16 oz cream cheese
2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
2 tbsp lemon juice
3/4 cup Pyure
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup sour cream

Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth.
Pour into airtight containers and freeze for 2+ hours.
