Hot Asian Salmon & Broccoli

I was a little worried about how our meal would turn out…after all, hubby doesn’t like “fishy” tasting fish.  BUT, I’m happy to report that….
Tonight marks the second seafood meal I have prepared that my husband has liked!

He started out with the smallest piece and went back for a bigger piece!  I couldn’t believe he was almost out-eating me!  That rarely happens.  I was thrilled!  Here is the recipe for my Hot Asian Salmon dish:

Thaw 1.5 pounds salmon if frozen.  (I made 1.75 pounds.)  Cut into 4 smaller pieces.


Mix together:
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon minced garlic
4 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon sea salt
1/2 tablespoon pepper

Place salmon in rectangle Pyrex dish.  Pour marinade over salmon.  Cover with aluminum foil and place in fridge for 30 minutes.  After 30 minutes, place in oven (pre-heat to 400* F) for 30 more minutes.  All done!  Enjoy!

I served the salmon with cooked broccoli and added butter and lemon juice to it once it was on the plate.  SO yummy!
